No. DealCheck Ai is fully DMS-agnostic. Just upload your deal PDFs from any system or DMS and we’ll take care of the rest.
Yes. While DealCheck Ai is engineered for very high accuracy, like any AI, it isn’t 100% perfect and will generate false positives, often because of low-quality scans or document integrity issues. Note that DealCheck Ai tends to err on the side of caution, but “false alarms” are quick to verify and dismiss, ensuring you don’t miss true problems. DealCheck Ai’s accuracy will also improve the more you use it.
DealCheck Ai is much more likely to flag an issue than miss one. In other words, DealCheck is excellent at identifying and catching real issues. However, this also means that DealCheck Ai will generate false alarms.
Yes. You can extend our standard checklist with custom forms and checks used across your stores. We charge $0.10 per custom check. However, please note that not all custom checks can be supported.
Not reliably. Signature styles vary widely (electronic vs. ink, person to person), so forgery detection falls outside our current scope.
